PLEASE NOTE: Variation of shades is inherent in the manufacture of glass tile. Once our inventory is depleted of one Lot we begin selling from the inventory of a new Lot, which will not exactly match the previous Lot. Therefore, reorders for the same Lot cannot be guaranteed.

Q. What is your policy for returning items?

A. The return policy at MosaicTileusa.com is simple. Most item(s) in its original condition may be returned for full refund less 25% re-stocking fee within thirty days of receipt unless it is a SALE ITEM or marked considered a no return item. Non Returnable or Sale Items cannot be returned for refund sales are final. The customer must pay for initial shipping and shipping the item(s) back. Return shipment MUST be INSURED.

Any items that are damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge.

Any items that have been painted, stained, glued or in any way worked upon will not be accepted for return or refund.

Some Tile is Non Returnable, Sales are Final
