SHIPPING METHODS

www.mosaictileusa.com ships on an insured basis via FEDEX, UPS, UPS Freight or other common carrier. Carrier assignments are at the discretion of Artful Crafter, Inc./MosaicTileUSA.com dba www.mosaictileusa.com

Freight Shipping may be required if too heavy for UPS or FEDEX. You will be contacted with the actual charges.

SHIPPING LEAD TIME:

Orders will generally be processed within 1 to 3 business days for in-stock items (not including shipping transit time). Items that are back ordered can add typically 1-2 weeks additional delay. If an item is unavailable the expected time to fulfill back orders is emailed to customers. Please give ample time before scheduling your installer.

CUSTOMER INSPECTION OF SHIPMENT:

It is the responsibility of the customer or customers designated representative to thoroughly inspect all boxes in the shipment for any discrepancies regarding quantity, damage or error prior to accepting and signing a Bill of Lading or carrier receipt. All boxes must be opened and inspected upon delivery. Any damage must be indicated on the carriers Bill of Lading or receipt. If the damage is significant the shipment should be refused. Artful Crafter Inc via www.mosaictileusa.com should be notified within 2 days of receipt. Pictures of the damage must be taken and the original packing material must be retained in order for any claim to be initiated.

If you find there is damage after receipt of the shipment, Call our Customer Service department at 877-321-2080 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT. Please take clear pictures of the packaging and the damage and email to support@www.mosaictileusa.com. Once a claim has been initiated we will arrange to ship a replacement as well as make a determination regarding the return of the damaged item. You should retain all packing material until you are completely satisfied with the condition of your delivered item.

Please note, it is expected to find a minute amount of chipped and/or cracked tiles within any given sheet of glass mosaic. It is advised to order extra so that you have replacement chips (tiles). Artful Crafter, Inc./MosaicTileUSA.com dba www.mosaictileusa.com is not responsible for these normal amounts of cracked or chipped tiles.

PROCESSING A RETURN:

PLEASE NOTE: Variation of shades is inherent in the manufacture of glass tile. Purchasing samples is highly recommended as color is not guaranteed. Once our inventory is depleted of one Lot we begin selling from the inventory of a new Lot, which will not exactly match the previous Lot. Therefore, reorders for the same Lot cannot be guaranteed.

The return policy at www.mosaictileusa.com is simple. If you are not satisfied with your eligible material, non-custom or non-special-order material, we will gladly issue a refund to the same credit card used for the purchase or apply a credit to your account (excluding shipping in either direction), less a 25% restocking fee.

Some items are not returnable and are not specifically marked as a non-returnable item. You may call to clarify if an item is returnable.

You will be credited only for the tiles received in excellent resalable condition, which requires careful re-packaging of the tile before shipping back to Mosaic Tile USA or destination as indicated in your return authorization- even if the boxes you received have not yet been opened. All returns should be shipped insured for the invoice value.

Materials sold by full carton must be returned in original packaging

ALL ELIGIBLE RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED and are not accepted after 15 days from ship date. Any items that are damaged in shipping will be replaced at no charge.

Installed material may not be returned; installation whether full or partial constitutes acceptance. Any items that have been painted, stained, glued or in any way worked upon will not be accepted for return or refund. Some Tile is Non-Returnable, Sicis Sales are Final. All Glass Tile is Non-Returnable. No returns accepted for Litokol.
