Litokol X-Plan 3-40 – Anti-Fracture Self-Leveling Underlayment, 44 lb (20 kg)

X-Plan 3-40 is a quick-setting, self-curing structural self-leveler: quartz-reinforced, highly fluid and self-compacting, with controlled anti-fracture expansion and very low cement content. It levels and fills 3 to 40 mm over new or existing substrates to a smooth, flat finish.

It is classified CT C25 F5 to EN 13813, suits radiant-heat floors and existing tile, and takes tile after about 3 hours. It replaces Litoliv Express. Prime dusty or porous substrates with X-Prime.

Suitable For

Interior floors: screeds, existing tile, radiant heat systems, bathrooms and showers, residential and commercial.

How to Use

1. Mix with 20% water (4 L per 20 kg bag); pot life approx. 40 minutes.
2. Pour and spread with a trowel or spiked roller between 41°F and 95°F.
3. Do not apply on damp substrates or add foreign materials.
