Hisbalit Luminescent Cepeus – Spanish Glass Mosaic with Glow-in-the-Dark Effect
Named for the northern constellation Cepheus, Hisbalit Luminescent Cepeus is a photoluminescent glass mosaic from Hisbalit’s Starlight Mosaic line that glows blue after dark. It charges from sunlight or artificial light during the day and releases a soft, gradually fading glow at night — no batteries, wiring, or power required. A striking way to turn a pool, spa, or feature wall into a night-sky experience.
Key Features:
- Authentic Spanish photoluminescent glass mosaic by Hisbalit (Starlight Mosaic line), made in Cantabria, Spain

- Sheet size: 13 1/8 in × 13 1/8 in (333 × 333 mm), 196 chips per sheet
