Hisbalit Luminescent Starlight – Spanish Glass Mosaic with Glow-in-the-Dark Effect

Hisbalit Luminescent Starlight is the namesake reference of Hisbalit’s Starlight Mosaic line — a photoluminescent glass mosaic that absorbs natural or artificial light by day and glows green after dark. It is the Hisbalit reference that meets Spain’s UNE 23035-1:2003 photoluminescent safety-signage standard, and Hisbalit has combined it with Tucana and Unicolor at Hotel W Punta de Mita in Nayarit, Mexico. After sunset, pool edges, steps, and feature walls become a softly glowing night-time design.

Key Features:

• Authentic Spanish photoluminescent glass mosaic by Hisbalit (Starlight Mosaic line), made in Cantabria, Spain
• Glows green after dark — absorbs natural or artificial light, then releases it gradually for hours
• Chip size: 1 in × 1 in nominal (25 × 25 mm)
• Sheet size: 13 1/8 in × 13 1/8 in (333 × 333 mm), 196 chips per sheet
• Thickness: 4 mm · Joint: 2 mm
• Mounted on Hisbalit’s HT-K system — a thermopolymer bead bonds every chip into a durable, easy-to-cut sheet
• Meets UNE 23035-1:2003, Spain’s photoluminescent safety-signage standard
• No batteries, wiring, or electricity — recharges in minutes of light exposure, over and over
• Unaffected by moisture, sun, heat, or extreme cold
• Fully submersible — rated for pools, spas, and waterlines, indoors and outdoors (install with suitable pool-grade adhesive and grout)
• Suitable for walls and floors

Perfect Applications:
Pool and spa interiors, waterlines, steps and night-time pool accents, wellness areas, feature walls, bars and restaurants, and wayfinding or safety details in residential and hospitality projects.
